The majority of our products will be delivered to site with a large delivery lorry. The approximate dimensions of the delivery lorry are:
Length: 10.5 metres
Width: 2.5 metres
Height: 4 metres
However, if your delivery access is restricted and/or isn’t suitable to accept a large lorry. Please contact us to have your item(s) delivered on a smaller vehicle for an additional cost.
In both cases, the system will be delivered on a pallet to the curbside. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the system from this point to where it will be installed/stored.
Our free delivery service is for the United Kingdom’s mainland only, some areas may incur additional delivery costs.
Deliveries outside of the UK mainland area but not limited to, include; parts of England, Scottish Highlands, and Islands including areas north of the Glasgow/Edinburgh line, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Anglesey, Western Isles, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are subject to additional delivery costs.
